the outstanding renovation payment which the owner the said was not done at
all, I think the law has to be put in place on loan sharks and debt
collection agencies.
Debt agency should not come to visit debtor between 12 to next morning to
disturb the peace.
Debt collection agency, though licensed in collecting debt on behalf of
clients, but they resort of pouring paint and shouting and so forth at
debtors door.
Though they claimed they do not do these things including of the pouring of
paint thing, but they could subcontract the work to others to do it.

Very difficult to enforce as like the case of
a hit man who comes out of country.
The case of the Hong Kong hit man who
shot the man in a shop. Then go back to China.
The case can be inferred to this only but
cannot prove. What happens if the family dont want to pay
the company whcih they borrow a large amunt of
money and pretend that they cannot pay.
Then they throw paint at their own home and the
wife pretend to cry in public. The police then
arrest the company owner ? If the case was proven like that
later on, the company will sue the police for even more money !
